Stamps for the wartime or prewar Reisepass (Passport)

A customer asked for help making rubber stamps to make a recreation of a prewar German passport for a person from Berlin. He had some reference photographs of the stamps he wanted. I was able to compare his photographs to scans of original passports in my collection to ensure the sizing was perfect. Here are a couple of original Reisepässe that I used for reference.

For this project I made exact reproductions of seven different original stamps.

I really enjoy the positive feedback I get from working on projects like this.

“Hi Chris, The stamps have arrived, that was fast! These came out really great! My passport project definitely wouldn’t have been possible without your work. Thanks again I really appreciate your amazing service.”
